Meditation & Mindfulness

Meditation can be practiced by anyone from any background or religion. In this non-religious, technique-based class you will finally learn what meditation is and how you can practice it at home. This class is specifically designed to demystify this powerful tool that can help each of us deal with the stress and challenges of our lives, families, etc.
$15/class for Members, $20/class for Nonmembers. Call 203 322 6971 to reserve your spot.
Meditation class is taught seated in chairs, so no special dress code or fitness level is required.

Family Fun Nature Awareness Walk

A-Mazing Event

The Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens becomes home to a huge hay maze, fun activities for kids and other Halloween happenings on Saturday, October 27th & Sunday, October 28th. The event, AMAZEing Halloween, also features free admission to The Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens, the new Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom, as well as the 'Monster Mash' costume parade and many other kid friendly activities. MEET ATKA the wolf on Saturday, October 27th ONLY. Join us from 1 - 2 p.m. for a special presentation by the Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem, NY.
