Join us for the Bartlett’s Annual Arbor Earth Day Festival

Enjoy a day of learning, growing, and celebrating nature in honor of Arbor Day & Earth Day.

This is a FREE community event for all ages to have fun and learn about the natural world around us. Leashed dogs are also welcomed!

PARKING: We ask all guests to please park at Scofield Magnet Middle School and walk the Bartlett’s Azalea Road trail to the event. The Bartlett parking lot will be reserved for people with disabilities and families with strollers. Thank you for your cooperation.

Arbor Earth Day Festival Activities:

Noon: A ceremonial tree planting on the Great Lawn with Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons & Bartlett Tree Experts.

11:30, 1:30 & 2:30: The Bartlett has a rich history dating back to the mid 1800’s. Discover trees that hold historical or cultural significance like the Charter Oak Descendant, Bartlett Chestnut and the 9/11 Survivor Tree Memorial. Meet at the Sensory Garden!

ALL DAY: Our partners at Bartlett Tree Experts will be on hand for gravity-defying tree climbing demos and more!

All Day: Learn from UCONN Master Gardeners about Bees, Pollination, Herbs, Talking Trees, and MORE!

1 PM and 2 PM: Enjoy Live Music by Award-winning band, Bash the Trash, who makes, educates, and performs with recycled and repurposed items transformed into musical instruments.

All Day: SHOP LOCAL! Shop over 20 Local Artisans & Vendors selling: toys, beauty products, fashion, candles, soaps, sangria, honey, and jams
