Gabrielle Walther is a committed educator and advocate for nature-based experiential and student-centered learning.  She holds a BA from the University of Southern California and is a UConn Master Gardener.

Gabrielle has worked with adults and students in gardening and natural settings for over ten years. She has promoted nature-based learning working with communities and diverse populations. Her work includes serving as an educational docent and conservation advocate for land reclamation for the Santa Monica Conservancy, developing and coordinating a horticultural intern program through LACC for underserved youth, and co-founding and teaching a Seed to Table pilot program developed for LAUSD elementary schools. Outside of the garden you might find her pursing life-long learning and playing through her exploration of pottery, baseball and story-telling with her family.
