Birding for Beginners Workshop

As a prelude to our 2026 Birding at the Bart series, Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens is pleased to offer an introductory Birding for Beginners workshop designed for those curious about getting started.

This indoor program will introduce participants to the fundamentals of birding, including binocular basics, how to navigate field guides and popular birding apps, and practical strategies for identifying and learning more about the birds in our region. Whether you are brand new to birding or looking to build confidence before heading into the field, this workshop provides a welcoming and informative foundation.

No prior experience is required.
