About the Third Thursdays series:
A series led by Master Gardeners, each “walk and talk” will focus on a specific theme or section of the Bartlett, encouraging a deeper relationship with some of the special trees, plants, and animals that live and grow at the Bartlett.

This month’s Tree Tour takes us to one of the Bartlett’s most historic and fascinating areas: Potter’s Field. Explore the trees and landscape while learning about the site’s century-long history as a Stamford burial ground, its numbered grave markers, and the efforts to preserve and uncover the stories held within this unique corner of the Arboretum.

As the series title indicates, this is a program for the curious! No special knowledge is required, but walking shoes and property attire are highly recommended.
