Yoga Classes
Outdoor yoga sessions, led by Dew Yoga of Stamford, are now being held beginning in June on the Great Lawn. Enjoy the calm and tranquility of nature while engaging in the practice of yoga.
These classes incorporate flowing movements and strengthening linked to breath. It is open to all levels of experience, but ideal for beginners or those who want to move but are not in a hurry. Slow movement cultivates deeper awareness.
